#VocalFlix

By MBstudio and Brick Broadcasting (Jan. 16, 2019)

Hello everyone!

Welcome to our first contest of 2019, where your voice will be heard! Let’s start the year off with a BANG! For those of you who make funny voices, imitate sound effects, or even sing in the shower, this is your chance to put your vocal skills to use. Allow us to introduce #VocalFlix, the ‘vocal effects’ brickfilm contest!

The concept of this contest is simple. To enter, create a brickfilm where all sounds are made by your own voice! That's right - all narration, voices, sound effects and musics must be made vocally. It's forbidden to use pre-recorded effects, music, or guest voice actors. You have until March 3, 2019, 11:59pm (all timezones), to enter your video by using the link below

The top 5 vocal brickfilms will be awarded awesome prizes provided by our partners!

Time to warm up those vocal chords, get some tea, and get back to those shower singing sessions! Don't lie, we all know you have an impressive falsetto.

Best of luck!
The Staff.

This sounds very interesting! (Pun definitely intended.)

@LegoLoraxI can't wait to hear your amazing brickfilms.

True

What that sounds AWESOME! I don't normally use voice for my videos except when I was terrible at stop motion . I am very excited to see/hear everyone else's entry's! Thanks again Brick a Brack!

This is such an interesting concept! I shall definitely have to enter. One question though - Are we allowed to modify the voice clips of ourselves? For example, is pitch change allowed?

This sounds cool! And yeah I was wondering the same thing, can we digitally modify our voices?

Totally allowed, long as we can still tell that it was you who originally did the voice. Worst comes to worst, we may ask you for the original audio clip.

Honestly, this sounds awful.

I KIDD.

Can't wait to see and hear everybody's videos!

I just saw this, lol! I will try to make a stopmotion but I am still experimenting with a new camera I got and a new stopmotion software.
